Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Arivette (the "Service"), a platform for organising, managing and running sports clubs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Arivette provides tools for club management and communication, including athletes, teams, categories, events, attendance, performance, surveys, media, a club shop and news. Features may change, evolve or be discontinued over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Accounts are created by invitation from a club, or by requesting a new club.
  • Where a user is a minor, an account and sensitive actions are managed with the involvement of a legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of others' rights.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful, offensive or infringing.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Publish images of people (especially minors) without the required consent.

4. Club content and responsibilities

Clubs and their members are responsible for the data and content they add to the Service and for obtaining any necessary consents. Each club is responsible for lawfully managing the personal data of its members, including minors, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Arivette and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it within the Service.

6. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arivette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Service or its users. Club access may be revoked at the database level, as described in our security documentation.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the club's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
